How to Apply

DeWolfe summer housing applications will be accepted beginning on Monday, March 6 via the Residential Portal.  

Submission of a housing application is not an approval/guarantee of summer housing, however it is an acknowledgement of and agreement to the policies and procedures listed on the Office of Student Life website as well as those within the Housing Contract, and the rules and regulations in the Harvard College Handbook for Students 2016-2017. Spaces are assigned based on the application submission time stamp.  If housing can be offered, a formal housing offer communication will be sent via a student's official College email address.  Students will have five (5) business days from the date the offer is sent to cancel their license or make changes to their group (if applicable).  Cancellations received within this period will result in the total license fee being automatically adjusted equally among the remaining licensees in the group.  After such time, if no response is received, the offer will be presumed to be accepted and the student will become financially responsible for said offer.

The Office of Student Life will begin communicating housing offers to students on Monday, March 13. The application will remain open until all available spaces have been assigned.

 

Application Options

Applicants may apply for DeWolfe summer housing as an individual or in groups up to four (4) students. Groups may be either same sex or gender neutral.  Students may not request a specific apartment. 

Note: The Office of Student Life does not match roommates for summer housing. Applicants are responsible for finding other eligible students to form a group.
