Let’s Talk is a free, drop-in service available to all Harvard Students at multiple sites across campus. Let’s Talk provides easy and convenient access to informal, confidential and anonymous conversations with a CAMHS clinician.
The type of service provided through Let's Talk is designed for the following situations;
- Students who are not interested in ongoing counseling but would like the perspective of a clinician.
- Students who are not sure about counseling and would like to learn more about the process.
- Students who have a concern about a friend and are looking for advice about what to do.
- Students who have a specific question about resources on campus.
Appointments are made in a “drop in” manner and are held on a first-come, first-serve basis. Most students who have attended Let's Talk have spoken with clinicians about a variety of issues and concerns. While not a replacement for more formal psychotherapy, Let's Talk can be an effective resource for students to share and identify their concerns, and to receive support, perspective, and suggestions for resources.
Let’s Talk is offered at various sites across campus, and at different times of day to best accommodate your schedule. Please check out the list of locations and times here.
