I write to share that after thirteen years of dedicated service to Harvard College and its students, Dr. Loc Truong is stepping down from his position on May 31 to accept the position of Assistant Dean of Student Support Services at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Since 2015, Loc has served as the director of diversity and inclusion programs, a position within the College’s Office for Equity
The University, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS), and the College have been preparing for the arrival of tomorrow’s substantial winter storm. While many of you are away enjoying the spring recess, we want to remind those of you who remain on campus that the University and FAS are closed, and encourage you to plan ahead for the storm’s arrival. After hearing from many of you about what you were looking for, I am pleased to announce the launch of Omni 2.0. Your app now includes access to gym hours and schedules, wellness information and events, food truck schedules, enhanced shuttle tracker, major College updates, and more. This weekend we look forward to hosting members of the Yale community on our campus as we celebrate the long-standing rivalry between our schools. This will be my first Harvard-Yale weekend and I look forward to seeing many of you on campus and at The Game!
