Heidi Wickersham serves as the Program Manager at the Harvard College Women's Center. Heidi supports a breadth of programs including the Women's Cabinet, Woman's Week Programming, and the WISTEM Mentorship Program. Additionally, she creates the HCWC weekly newsletter and coordinates co-sponsorship with affiliated offices and student organizations to collaboratively broaden the reach of the Women's Center in promoting gender equity. Heidi also partners with groups which wish to transition from having a women’s exclusive membership while maintaining a women’s-focused mission.
Originally from Washington State, Heidi has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and a Masters of Arts degree from Lesley University. Previous roles at Harvard College include the Phillips Brooks House Center for Public Service and Engaged Scholarship and the Harvard Foundation for Intercultural and Race Relations. In her spare time Heidi combines her passion for languages, advocating for immigrants, and empowering women by volunteering with Found in Translation, a Cambridge-based nonprofit that helps low-income multilingual women with medical interpreter certification and career advising.
